Step 1: Understanding Trends and Pain Points

  1. Trends Overview:
    • When you open a Revealer, you will see an overview of various trends.
    • Trends represent the major themes or issues identified from the feedback.
  2. Pain Points as Sub-categories:
    • Each trend can have multiple pain points, which are more specific issues within the trend.
    • Pain points help you to drill down into the finer details of each trend.

Step 2: Analyzing Trends

  1. Click on a Trend:
    • Click on any trend to see its detailed description.
    • You will also find a sentiment analysis of the feedback related to this trend.
  2. Scroll to View Pain Points:
    • Scroll down to see all the pain points linked to this trend.
    • This section provides a granular view of the specific issues users have reported.

Step 3: Investigating Pain Points

  1. Investigate Button:
    • For a deeper dive into any pain point, click on the "Investigate" button.
    • This will give you detailed insights, including user quotes and suggested links for further reading.
  2. Pre-clicked Investigate for Top Pain Points:
    • The top five pain points will have the "Investigate" button pre-clicked for quick access.
    • You can find these from the "Summary" view.
