How to setup
Go to your workspace ➜ integrations ➜ Click on “Add integration”
NB : Make sure you are logged into you Slack Workspace
- Select Slack
- In the authorization popup window, click on "Allow"
- Activate the form by typing /insight.
- Activate a form instantly with a single click, no matter where you are.
- Easily capture feedback and effortlessly add the customer with a simple process.

- Ensure your product team has a clear and organized view of all feedback.

Now you can access all your slack feedbacks in the “Feedback” section, synced with customer data from your CRM, (only available if you made an integration with your CRM)
You can analyze the content of all your slack messages to reveal customer pain points, trending topics, customer satisfaction etc… into the “Reveal” Section.
