How to use
The integration of Microsoft Teams with Gravite is designed to be simple and seamlessly integrated into your Microsoft workspace. All you need to do is conduct your calls as usual. At the end of each call, you’ll receive a notification letting you know that your transcript is ready. From there, you can easily send it to Gravite to explore your transcript further: generate a summary, draft a follow-up email, or review key customer issues from the past three months. This streamlined workflow keeps everything within your familiar Microsoft environment, ensuring both simplicity and efficiency in managing your customer interactions.
How to setup
Admin
1. Access to Microsoft Teams admin center
Go to Teams admin center using this url : https://admin.teams.microsoft.com
2. Navigate to Teams Apps>Manage apps
3. Search for Gravite app and click on it to access app details
4. Grant admin consent permissions
User
1. Access Microsoft Teams
2. Access the Microsoft Teams app store and search for Gravite
3. Install Gravite application
4. Once the installation is complete, you will receive a notification from our bot with all the information you need to get started.
5. You need to create a meeting and, preferably, enable automatic transcriptions.If you are unable to enable transcriptions, you should contact your administrator to have it activated.
If you have not enabled automatic transcriptions, you will need to activate them during the meeting.
6. After each meeting, you will receive a notification inviting you to review your transcriptions and send them to Gravite at your convenience.
