With the launch of the new Summary page, Gravite now provides you with a centralized dashboard to quickly access the most important topics discussed by your clients. This feature is designed to save you time and provide instant insights into what matters most.

What’s changing for you?

  1. Instant access to new topics

You can now see, at a glance, all the new topics mentioned by your clients over a selected period (30, 60, or 90 days). No more manually filtering through data—Gravite does the heavy lifting, displaying all new topics directly on your Summary page, so you can immediately focus on what’s important.

  1. Real-time trending topics

In addition to new topics, the Summary page gives you visibility into trending topics. These are the issues that are gaining traction, the recurring problems, and the topics that matter most to your clients. This allows you to anticipate their needs and prioritize your actions accordingly.

  1. Flexible period comparison

Now, you can customize the comparison periods for even more precise analysis. By default, Gravite compares the current data to the previous period, but you can now adjust this to compare any periods you need. Whether it’s two specific months or a longer time frame, this feature allows for greater flexibility in your data analysis.

Adding custom attributes to your companies enables you to create highly targeted segments for your Revealers. For example, you could launch a Revealer specifically for your client companies located in Paris that have subscribed to the Premium offer.
