Overview
The integration between Gong and Gravite allows teams to easily access call transcripts and extract key insights using artificial intelligence. By centralizing call data in Gravite, teams can analyze customer sentiments, identify pain points, uncover objections from prospects, and pinpoint frequently asked questions. How to use
1. Connect Your Gong Account to Gravite:
Navigate to the integrations section in Gravite and select Gong. Follow the prompts to authenticate and connect your Gong account.
2. Automatic Transcript Upload:
After each call, your Gong transcripts will automatically be uploaded to Gravite, ensuring you have access to the latest call data without any manual effort.
3. Create an Analysis Dashboard:
In Gravite, set up a custom dashboard to analyze key metrics. Include sections to track the evolution of customer objections, sentiment analysis, and frequently asked questions.
4. Monitor Insights:
Regularly review the dashboard to monitor trends and insights. Use this data to identify pain points and optimize your product or service offerings based on customer feedback.
5. Take Action:
Based on the insights gathered, implement changes or strategies to address customer concerns and improve the overall experience.
How to setup
Step 1: Access Gravite
- Go to your Gravite dashboard. You will see two fields: access_key and access_key_secret.
Step 2: Go to Gong
- Open Gong and navigate to the settings section. Select API from the Ecosystem menu.
Step 3: Generate a Token
- Click on Get API Key to generate a new token. This will provide you with the necessary information for the connection.
Step 4: Copy the Keys
- Copy the access_key and access_key_secret provided by Gong.
- Return to Gravite and paste these values into the corresponding fields.
Step 5: Finalize the Integration
- Once you’ve entered the keys, make sure to save the changes. Your integration between Gong and Gravite is now active!
